" James was really responsive to emails regarding quotes and availability. Price was really reasonable, I had 3 mats/runners cleaned and lounge carpet all of which were pretty dirty - my husband works on the roads, and we also have a dog so carpets can get pretty dirty. I had previously tried using the rugdoctor but it did not come up well at all. I was really pleased with the end result, mats/runners look like new and lounge carpet is not far off which is better than i expected. James was very polite, conscientious and friendly. Update 2 - Roffey Carpet Cleaning came today to clean a bedroom carpet. Excellent customer service as usual. The carpet is rather old, pure wool and also cream. I'm delighted with the results.Update 1 - we moved recently so different carpet. We used James to clean all the carpets in a our new house before we moved in. They were new carpets, but had lain unused and in-hoovered for about 18 months and so were pretty dusty. He did a brilliant job and it make moving in all the more easy not to have to worry about the carpets for a while longer. I will be using him again at any time I need carpets or upholstery cleaning. Friendly, professional and efficient.
