"James was really responsive to emails regarding quotes and availability. Price was really reasonable, I had 3 mats/runners cleaned and lounge carpet all of which were pretty dirty - my husband works on the roads, and we also have a dog so carpets can get pretty dirty. I had previously tried using the rugdoctor but it did not come up well at all. I was really pleased with the end result, mats/runners look like new and lounge carpet is not far off which is better than i expected. James was very polite, conscientious and friendly.
